Autofim II

The Autofim II portable Flame Ionisation Detector (FID) extends the capability of the Gas-Tec by offering intrinsically safe (IS) protection and digital data logging. Extremely portable, the Autofim II is shoulder carried with logging results quickly displayed on the digital display or downloaded to a PC via the fibre optic link.

 

Gaseeker

Dual range 0-100%LEL/ 0-100% volume monitor for leak detection and purge monitoring of gas systems.

Incorporating twin hydrocarbon detection technology, Gaseeker monitors hydrocarbons in inert backgrounds at % volume levels for gas pipe system purging and inert atmosphere monitoring, and has a % LEL sensor for gas escape testing. The Gaseeker's sensors provide accurate flammable gas measurement for purging and gas escape detection, whilst the oxygen sensor verifies a successful air purge.



 

Gas-Tec

A high speed Flame Ionisation Detector

The Gas-Tec portable Flame Ionisation Detector (FID) sensor can measure minute levels of hydrocarbons, allowing detection of levels from 1 to 100,000 ppm of methane in less than 2 seconds. Even gas leaks from distribution pipes located under main roads or highways can be quickly detected.

Extremely portable, the Gas-Tec is shoulder carried allowing the independent probe to be positioned easily around valves and flanges.

The Gas-Tec has gone through an enhancement and has recently been adopted within the Crowcon range of products

Ultrasonic Leak Detector with Transmitter

When leaks occur they often generate an ultrasonic frequency that is beyond human hearing. It converts these sounds into an audible range for easy detection. The instrument tests pressurized air lines, refrigeration systems, and steam lines for leaks.

Quickly and easily locate a leak location with this unique device. The TMULD-300 includes an ultrasonic transmitter that is great to use in areas where leaking gases are not sufficiently pressurized. Check for door or trunk seals, windshield leaks. The transmitter creates ultrasonic sound waves for detecting cracks and leaks.
 
  • The sensor transmits an ultrasonic signal for non pressurized applications
  • Tests the “air-tightness” of weather seals, tanks, ovens, refrigerators, etc.

SF6 Leak Detector

The most stable and sensitive negative corona SF6 leak detector ever made. An advanced microprocessor is the heart of this unit. Its Digital Signal Processing permits better management of the circuitry and sensing tip signal than ever before possible. Additionally, the number of components used in the circuit is reduced nearly 40%, increasing reliability and performance when searching for SF6 leaks.

The microprocessor monitors the sensing tip and battery voltage levels 2000 times per second, compensating for even the most minor fluctuations in signal.
