BREATHING AIR
Awareness of toxic gas contamination such as carbon monoxide and carbon
dioxide is increasing and national and international breathing air
standards such as EN12021 are becoming more stringent.
Analox Sensor Technology offer complete or OEM solutions for your breathing air compressor.
ACG+ - OFFSHORE BREATHING AIR
- Continually monitors your breathing air for Oxygen (O2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), dew point (H2O) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and also has a separate port to check for oil mist.
- Has a port to run an oil mist test and datalogs for 90 days.
- It is user
maintainable, has low running costs and is simple to calibrate.

3000SI - OFFSHORE BREATHING AIR
- The 3000SI range includes (but is not limited to) CO, O2, NH3, Br2, NO2, H2, SO2, O3, HCN, F2, ClO2, H2S and Cl2 all providing a 4-20mA output.
- Offers a comprehensive offering of robustly housed Zone 0 rated analogue
sensors ideal for integration into a breathing air compressor or
system.
|
MEC - OFFSHORE BREATHING AIR
- The MEC range includes (but is not limited to) CO, O2, VOC, He, NH3, Br2, NO2, H2, SO2, O3, HCN, F2, ClO2, H2S and Cl2 all providing an RS485 output using Analox protocol.
- MEC range offers a comprehensive assortment of robustly housed digital
sensors ideal for integration into a offshore/marine breathing air
compressor or system.
|
CO CLEAR - OFFSHORE BREATHING AIR
- Designed to be installed inline on an air compressor arrangement to warn
the operator if there a potential contamination of carbon monoxide
before it reaches the cylinders/user.
- CO Clear consists of a main sensor unit installed after the pressure has
been regulated down to between 1 and 3BarG.
- Optional extras include a
relay which could be used to switch off the compressor or sound a remote
alarm.

ATEX & IEXEX
Analox has manufactured Zone 0 gas detection equipment since the early
1990s and understands that product performance and safety are critical
in zoned environments.
3000SI - OFFSHORE ATEX
- 3000SI range includes (but is not limited to) CO, O2, NH3, Br2, NO2, H2, SO2, O3, HCN, F2, ClO2, H2S & Cl2 all providing a 4-20mA output.
- Range offers a comprehensive offering of robustly housed Zone 0 rated
analogue sensors ideal for integration into aerospace breathing air or
an atmosphere monitoring system.

ATEX ACG - OFFSHORE ATEX
- Using a unique Exp approach, the ATEX ACG was designed specifically for
use with Zone 1 offshore breathing air compressors.
- The ATEX ACG
continually monitors for O2, CO2, CO, VOC and dewpoint.
- Also available as an IECEx version.Offshore personnel using power fed breathing air deserve to have the
same quality of breathing air as their onshore colleagues and the ATEX
ACG continually monitors for gases whilst offering data logging and
simple maintenance.

GASEOUS FIRE SUPPRESSION
The use of gaseous fire suppression systems is commonplace offshore and
on vessels protecting critical areas such as engine control and pump
rooms.
CO2 suppression systems, in particular, are
becoming more popular as it is an abundant gas and leaves no residue
after discharge. That said - CO2 suppression systems can pose
a potential threat to humans if a leak occurs and there is a build up
of gas - particularly in a confined space.
AX60 - OFFSHORE AND MARINE
- The Ax60 is a wall mountable carbon dioxide (CO2) detector with multiple location options for alarm and sensor units, connected to a central display.
- The Ax60 is a wall mountable carbon dioxide (CO2) detector.
The Ax60 allows multiple placement of alarm and sensor units which are
connected to a central display.
- Each alarm unit is equipped to provide
an early warning of increased CO2 levels including an audible
sounder and a high-intensity LED strobe light - perfect for warning of
danger in noisy environments.
|
A50 - OFFSHORE AND MARINE
- The hazards of gas release from fire suppression systems on an offshore
rig can be partially mitigated by the installation of a CO2 monitor which sounds an audio-visual alarm when levels of oxygen (which has been displaced by CO2) drop to unsafe levels.
- The A50 is a simple to use and maintain ambient CO2 monitor
comprising of a wall mounted main sensor unit and a repeater.
- It is
typically ranged from 0 to 5% and has 2 audio-visual alarms.
- The sensor
has a 15-year warranty and the unit is almost zero maintenance, it is
ready to be installed out of the box.
- Optional relays are ideal for
integration into a larger system
