Calibrator
Replacement NIST Traceable On-Demand Calibrator
Wagner Meters is proud to offer a NIST-traceable On-Demand Calibrator
and Calibration Certificate at your request. The Calibration Certificate
will help your organization stay in compliance with the International
Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines.
If your quality standards are high and you require traceability on
measurement equipment to the International Systems of Units (SI), this
On-Demand Calibrator comes with a Certificate of Calibration through the
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Having a
Certificate of Calibration enables you to trace your equipment’s
performance with the highest levels of confidence and to document that
stability over the life of your equipment.
Replacement On-Demand Calibrator
In the unfortunate event that your On-Demand Calibrator is lost or
damaged, the Wagner Support Team will work with you to get another
paired Calibrator platform delivered in short order so you can be back
in business as quickly as possible.
Every Orion® moisture meter comes with an On-Demand Calibrator paired
specifically to that meter. If you own multiple Orion meters, it is
important to ensure that the Calibrator serial number and the serial
number of your meter (found in the battery compartment) match up
identically so that you are assured of correct calibration. In the
unfortunate event that your Calibrator is lost or damaged, all is not
lost.
Meter Calibration Verification Block
The Calibration Verification Block is used to check the calibration of legacy handheld meters.
The Calibration Verification Block is used to check the calibration of legacy handheld meters: MMC205, MMC210, MMC220, MMI1100, L601-3, L620, L622, L722, and all legacy meters, except for the L609.
Wagner Meters’ hand-held units are calibrated at the factory. With
proper care, the meters stay in calibration. In the event that the meter
has been dropped or you suspect for any reason that the meter is out of
calibration, a Calibration Verification Block (CVB) is available. It
allows you to determine whether or not the meter is still calibrated.

Smart Logger™ | Bluetooth®
Smart Logger™ | Bluetooth® Temperature & Humidity Data Logger
The Smart Logger is a discrete Bluetooth temperature and humidity data
logger. Captures, records, and sends up to 12,000 readings or 300 days
of ambient temperature and relative humidity data.
Smart Temperature and Humidity Monitoring
The Smart Logger™ is a small, lightweight, easily portable and highly
accurate monitoring device that tracks ambient temperature and humidity
conditions when flooring professionals are away from the job site. It
can also be utilized during the wood flooring acclimation process and
the storage of wood flooring. The Smart Logger is capable of storing up
to 12,000 pieces of data over a period of up to 300 days.
The Smart Logger monitor incorporates the latest Bluetooth® technology and works in tandem with the Smart Logger app, which can be downloaded for free at the Apple Store or Google Play.
The app connects the Smart Logger monitor through a mobile device’s
Bluetooth (Android or iOS devices), enabling users to transmit and
record data, and even send reports via email.

Rapid RH® Total Reader® with LCD and Bluetooth®
The Rapid RH® L6 Total Reader® combines the Easy Reader and Smart Reader
into one convenient device. Quickly reads concrete and ambient
conditions and automatically sends the data via Bluetooth® to the
DataMaster™ L6 app.
The new Rapid RH® Total Reader® combines the Easy Reader and the
Smart Reader into one convenient device. The Total Reader works with the
Rapid RH L6 Smart Sensors to read relative humidity (RH) and
temperature from the concrete, while its built-in sensor reads ambient
conditions at the same time. Concrete and ambient readings are
automatically sent via Bluetooth® to the FREE DataMaster™ L6.
A Rapid RH Total Reader comes FREE with any bulk Smart Sensor Value Pack through May 2020, available in quantities of 25, 50 or 100 sensors.
**Please note that, while the Rapid RH Total Reader adds remarkable
new functionalities and durability, the enhanced design (making the pins
more ruggedized) makes the unit incompatible with versions of Rapid RH
Smart Sensors released before L6.

on your smart device, the number of readings that can be stored is only

L722 Lumber Stack Probe Sensor
With the L622 Digital Recording Moisture Meter, the L722 Lumber Stack
Probe Sensor is used to reach deep into stickered units of lumber and
take accurate moisture readings.
Available in 40-inch or 26-inch lengths
The Model L722 Stack Probe Sensor coupled with the L622 Digital
Recording Moisture Meter makes it easy to reach deep into stickered
units of lumber and take accurate moisture readings without the danger
of broken pins. Wagner Meters’ electromagnetic wave technology makes it
possible to take multiple readings throughout an entire stack in just
minutes.
The L722 – an attachment for the L622 hand meter – is built rugged
and able to take accurate moisture readings inside the heated kiln –
even when in-kiln temperatures heat lumber to 200° F (93° C) or more. It
can also be used to check moisture content when lumber has been removed
from the kiln and put into storage prior to planing.
This combination of the L622 hand meter and the L722 stack probe
sensor allows the user to store readings taken either inside or outside
the kiln, and download the information into reports. The information can
then be used to help a mill improve its moisture content quality
control procedures.

Infrared Thermometer
The Infrared Thermometer is a compact, easy-to-use tool used by both
building inspectors and flooring professionals. It provides non-contact
temperature measurement at varying work distances, high accuracy, and a
wide measuring range.
Building inspectors
find the Infrared Thermometer,
or IR Thermometer, handy for measuring drafts and insulation breakdown.
They can pick up hot spots in electrical systems and bearings, gauge the
temperature of a home or building’s heating system, like a hot water

The removable Rapid RH® Easy Reader with our patented
Touch-n-Sense™ technology allows you to take repeated readings from any
Smart Sensor quickly and easily.
The patented Touch-n-Sense™ technology means readings are taken as soon
as the Easy Reader contacts the Smart Sensor. The LCD display on the
Rapid RH® Easy Reader toggles between RH (%) and temperature
(F or C), and the automatic “hold” feature continues to display the
reading for a period of five minutes after removal from the test hole
before turning itself off, or until inserted in a new Smart Sensor.
